Article Abstract

Sir: Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs) are the most effective pharmacologic treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). However, few patients have a complete response to SRIs. Because augmentation strategies are needed, we initiated a pilot study of gabapentin in patients with OCD who had a partial or incomplete response to SRI treatment.
