Sir: Clozapine has a side effect profile that is distinct fromthat of the typical antipsychotic drugs. Recently, reports of unusualside effects of clozapine have included acute pancreatitis,priapism, and polyserositis. We report a patient who developedbilateral parotid enlargement during a trial with clozapine.
