Sir: Clozapine is known to be an effective agent in thetreatment of refractory psychotic disorders. Although clozapinecauses minimal extrapyramidal symptoms, adverseeffects such as agranulocytosis, weight gain, hypersalivation, seizures, and urinary incontinence form obstacles topatients’ compliance. Clozapine-induced urinary incontinenceis a frequently reported side effect1; however, the literatureis sparse about the combination of urinary and fecalincontinence.
